Appleton are a British/Canadian duo comprised of sisters Natalie and Nicole Appleton. Both were born in Ontario, Canada - Nicole on December 7, 1974, her sister Natalie on May 14, 1973 - to their British mother Mary and Canadian father, Ken. In 1994, the sisters joined Shaznay Lewis and former schoolmate Melanie Blatt to form the pop girl group All Saints. However, in 2001 the group disbanded due to tensions, prompting Nicole and Natalie to form their own group. In September 2002, they finally launched themselves back onto the music scene, with their first single "Fantasy" reaching #2 in the UK chart.

Ring-A-Ding-Ding Lyrics

Appleton

I can't believe the things I'm hearing
Are you leavin' me?
Stand up and be the man that you
That you claimed to be
I think it's great that you're left me
The last to know
And it will come back to hunt you
Cause you let me go
I've taken pleasure knowing that you
Never really knew me at all (it's your lost)
All the nights I've waited at home by the phone
And hoping it will ring ding ding ding a ding ding
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Now I'm singing a different song
Waiting all night long
Coz' my love for you is gone
I think it's funny knowing that you
Never really knew me at all (it's your lost)
All the nights I've waited at home by the phone
And hoping it will ring ding ding ding a ding ding
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Now I'm singing a different song
How could you do me wrong
Coz' my love for you is gone
????
Now I'm singing a different song
Waiting all night long
My love for you is gone
I'm singing a different song
Coz you did me wrong
My love for you is gone
I've taken pleasure knowing that you
Never really knew me at all (it's your lost)
All the nights I've waited at home by the phone
And hoping it will ring ding ding ding a ding ding
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
Ring a ding ding
The rhythm goes
I think it's great that you left me
The last to know
